My dealing with Peter, with the recent loss of my mother, Beryl South, was a vital part of my family's grievance. Peter was very professional, passionate and remorseful for our loss.  He made what was a difficult time seem effortless.

He was so obliging, we changed the presentation photo's three times before the service date, and Peter just took it in his stride and changed the presentation without hesitation. Thanks to Peter, we were able to share our mums life story with all present at the service. The memory created by Peter is one of great quality, we all will often reflect back on our copy of the presentation and think of the beautiful send off mum had.

It is worth mentioning that I reside in Port Macquarie, all my interactions with Peter was over the phone.  I wondered how, or even if, a presentation could be made.  Peter took all that pressure of me with our first phone contact.

If the need arose again, I would not hesitate for one minute to get back in touch with Peter to engage his services.
